Self-Management with Yoga & Naturopathy
We are coming up with diabetes self management program with yoga and naturopathy for the duration of 3 months. This program will offer personalized consultation, yoga sessions, diet plan and naturopathy treatments. All the practices will be guided online by our field experts. Blood glucose, lipid profile, weight measurements will be compared before and after the program to assess the efficacy.
The objectives of our program are-
To manage blood glucose levels with Yoga and diet
To monitor the change in blood sugar level management

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder characterized by a high blood sugar level [high blood glucose] over a prolonged period of time. Glucose is the main source of energy for the body`s cells and the levels of glucose in the blood are controlled by a hormone called `insulin` which is produced by the pancreas.
Can I prevent DM?
The good news is you can prevent or delay type 2 diabetes even if there is a family trait. That’s right: the commonest reason that we feel for contracting diabetes is family history. But the fact is- it is a lifestyle disease! The body retains memory of every unhealthy step that we take.
